Fifa 15 Players will exhibit more life-like behavior

EA Sports has brought a whole new level of ephemera to the FIFA 15 marketing campaign with its ‘Incredible Visuals’ trailer. First of all, these visuals are not incredible. They’re fine. Pretty good, even. But not incredible. Having a player’s shorts get dirty and their hair wave around a bit is not ‘incredible.’

Focusing on the small touches that make the game look more perfect, such as the respiratory system in every game so the players will be able to see the movement of the chest cavity like a person who was breathing when playing the ball, other than that there is an animated LED board which beautify the appearance of the playing field.

Players will exhibit more life-like behavior, reacting to successive fouls, encouraging teammates at the onset of the match, and growing in frustration as the match bears on, among others. When a player scores a late game-winning goal, the whole team erupts in a ten-man celebration, a feature that will be implemented for the first time in the series.

As always you can expect customised covers in certain countries who will put their local players alongside Messi in an attempt to get you to part with your cash. I can’t even think who will be the cover for the English version, so please don’t say Rooney, especially after his last disastrous year.

The only differences I can spot here are the old gen consoles have a red number 15 while the new ones, and FIFA 15 Coins PC, have a gold 15. The rest are pretty much identical with a bit of zooming and cropping to fit the different sized cases. Oh, and who the hell uses the PlayStation Move at all, let alone in a FIFA game?

More than 600 new emotional reactions will add another layer of drama to the events on the pitch in fifa 15

The “emotions of football” critique of the modern game is an ambiguous - and perhaps to some, overused - term that attempts to dictate an ever-changing structure of football’s fundamentals. Naturally, it refers to the poignant challenge of scoring the elusive goal: a scoreless 90-minute tussle between two resilient sides is equally frustrating as it is emotive. But for a game like FIFA 15, if the artificial emotion of a player doesn’t change how the game is played, what purpose does it have?

“You watch football,” begins FIFA 15 producer Nick Channon, “[and] it's very emotive. You become engaged by what's happening on the pitch. That's what we're looking for: to enhance the feeling on the match day.”

The Fifa franchise is one of these constants, the latest iteration of which takes the form of Fifa 15: Ultimate Team, and is due to arrive on cheap fifa 15 coins IOS in the very near future.

Taking onboard the negative feedback Fifa 14 received regarding its gesture controls,  the team has opted to return to a button-based control scheme this year. There's now a dedicated throughball button, and the ability to active close ball control by double-tapping the floating joystick. The other big change is the franchise's new focus on Ultimate Team mode, which proved the most popular mode with fans of Fifa 14. There's also a quasi manager mode called Quick Simulation, and a more tradition free-to-play model.

During gameplay the emotional intelligence feature links all 22 players on the pitch together, with the players attitude evolving depending on the events in the match. More than 600 new emotional reactions will add another layer of drama to the events on the pitch. Repeated tackles on a player can anger them and cause them to lash out, while a striker who persistently misses will have his confidence knocked.
